How do these sessions work?

Step 1:
First, complete a Health & Lifestyle Assessment Form.  Click HERE to fill out the form.

Step 2:
NMW will schedule a complimentary 30-minute Health & Wellness consultation with you to discuss your form and gather more details about your specific challenges and goals.

Step 3:
A 50 -minute Health & Wellness Session will be conducted at your scheduled time. In each session, we’d focus on making progress in the areas of your health. We’d also create a sustainable plan toward your wellness goals to set you up for long-term success. A follow-up call will be emailed to you for scheduling after the first session
